Here you will find any details you require regarding our home services, such as our money back guarantee, no fix no fee policy, pricing and our terms and conditions.

You can either book in a time to drop your item off for repair at our home based workshop, or alternatively we can arrange for collection and return of your item from an address within Cardiff (excludes CF10 postcodes).


Collection & Return:

You may want to have your item collected, repaired and returned for your convenience. This service is limited to Cardiff only between the hours of 9,30am and 2pm Monday to Friday and excludes CF10 postcodes.

Costs for a collection and return are below:
Within 1 mile of CF5 3NP: £5.
Over 1 mile and within Cardiff: £10.

There may be a longer wait for this service than if you were to drop your item off for repair due to availability and travel times.

The costs above are non-refundable and added to your final invoice. We offer no fix no fee on the repair itself, this does not account for collection and return of your item(s), in this case the above charge would still be applicable if you request for this service.


Drop off to us:

You can make an appointment to drop off to us, this is the most cost-effective option and usually results in quicker turnaround of repairs.

A fixed fee quote will be given upon assessment of your item(s) should a cost be unknown to you prior to dropping off. We can often provide an estimate for repair before a physical assessment is made. Please contact us to book an assessment or obtain your free no obligation estimate for repair.


2 Month Money Back Guarantee:

In the unlikely event that your item(s) still have issues after our workmanship, we will refund you in full if we cannot put it right, This only applies to issues relating to the area we have repaired and does not cover accidental damage such as impact, liquid or physical neglect after our workmanship has taken place.

No Fix No Fee:

Should we be unable to provide you with a suitable repair option, you pay nothing. We believe in fair business practice and we do not believe you should be charged for our time should we be unable to help. Please note: this policy does not apply should you be unwilling to proceed out of choice with an otherwise possible repair and a diagnostic fee of £20 is charged. For full terms see here.



All services require an appointment is made, we also offer collection and return services and may be unavailable so please do not attend without an appointment.

Our working hours are 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Drop offs and collections to and from our address can be catered for outside of these hours for no extra charge, but must be arranged in advance.



Should you require our services urgently outside of our normal working hours or where we do not have a regular appointment available, we apply a surcharge of £30 on top of the usual fee(s). We do not guarantee availability at any time.
