Over many years, we have used Adept’s services. This week, Ian sorted out my laptop. He was reliable, listened to my problems and responded by sorting out all the issues and more because he asked questions which ensured all bases were covered. Great service. Very friendly and fixed my laptop within 24 hours! My laptop was already beat up, Ian gave more life to it so I could finish my dissertation. A few weeks after everything was handed in, it was time to say goodbye to my companion. I have a new laptop now.
