   I can not believe that the task that was asked by myself was literally resolved by the time, I got back home from dropping off my item for repairs.

As for the work and dedication to good customer service and all for a reasonable price - my hard drive has come back to life and all thanks to Adept PC Repairs, who I can't thank enough for the wonderful service.

   Absolutely super service. Son's Xbox x series hdmi port was damaged. After dropping off console Ian said would be fixed in an hour or so and true to his word was sorted.Fairly priced and a very happy Son. Thankyou Ian very much appreciated.

   Excellent service. After a terrible experience with apple I contacted Ian. He is certainly knowledgeable in his field, open and honest. He repaired the logic board in my MacBook quickly and the service/parts were competitively priced. Would certainly recommend and use his services again!

   Ian replied promptly via the online form on his website. He offered options for repairs - functional or as new with different prices - making it more accessible to people.

He offers a collection service at a small fee - which was really useful as I was unable to get about due to an injury. He collected the laptop, examined it, called me to chat through the options, repaired it and dropped it home all in the same day. I opted for the functional repair as the laptop wasn't brand new. Brilliant service.

   Our Playstation 5 was having serious overheating issues and we were having controller drift, Ian fixed the issues within two hours and was absolutely amazing. Brilliant with communication, helpful in explaining what was wrong, and very fairly priced. Would highly recommend, and will be coming back again if needing any repairs on our items.    Ian was great! Quick response and booking in time. Clear payment details ahead of time. Fixed nintendo Switch tv docking issue same day as dropped off. Professional & friendly service. Only wish I'd looked to have it repaired sooner!
