Adept started back in June 2010, offering computer repairs to homes and small businesses in Cardiff. We have since expanded to offer services such as data recovery as well as Apple MAC and iPad repair, keeping up to date with technology as it advances. Ian Porter is the sole trader behind the business, with over 20 years experience working in IT and repairs he excels within his field. Adept has always been a very personal business, we get to know you and speak on your level. We have always tried to provide niche services within Cardiff, such as soldering works, data recovery and games console repair. We aim to be a one-stop shop for your computers and gadgets, offering the very best solutions to problems others simply cannot help with. We always strive to be the best and most personal service in Cardiff and pride ourselves in our attention to detail, completely minimising problematic experiences and returns. We have regularly served 14 businesses within Cardiff and have an extreme wealth of repeat custom from residential clients. We are now concentrating on repairs and residential support, and have discontinued business IT support due to the extreme wealth of queries we get on a daily basis. We do not have a brick and mortar shop, our business is purely mobile / home based - providing a truly personal service with a face you can trust. We never take on too much work, booking appointments for each job to be done within a very fast time frame, ensuring our clients are always happy.
