Booked to be picked up the next day but got it back in a couple of hours. Explained the issue and he knew exactly how long it would take him to sort it out. PS5 was overheating and shutting itself off without warning, Ian collected, repaired and returned it all on the same day and it’s worked perfectly since. Couldn’t recommend more. It was a mechanical problem so he couldn't fix it but he gave me a company that could and didn't charge all by the day after i had dropped it off.  Highly recommended.
