Mon: 9.30am to 2.30pm. 4pm to 6pm.
Tues: 9.30am to 2.30pm. 4pm to 5pm.
Weds: 9.30am to 2.30pm. 5.30pm to 7pm.
Thurs: 9.30am to 2.30pm. 4pm to 5pm.
Fri: 9.30am to 2.30pm. 4pm to 6pm.
(Collect and Drop Off From Our Address by Appointment Only)
Collection and Return Service:
Appointments 9.30am to 2pm Mon - Fri Always need further notice than a drop off.
(Cardiff Only, Excludes Areas with No Car Access Such As Queen Street).
Costs:
Within Fairwater, Pentrebane, Llandaff or Danescourt: FREE.
Anywhere else in Cardiff: £20 (Includes Both Collection and Return).
No Fix No Fee:
If we cannot provide you with a solution to your problem and provide a cost, there is no charge (collection and return fee still applicable if option taken).
Assessment / Diagnostic Fee:
If you choose not to proceed with a repair, where otherwise possible a diagnostic bench fee of £30 is charged to cover the time to diagnose the issue.

£30 Out of Hours Surcharge Applies

We are not held responsible for customers who do not observe the sign and receive a fine.
We have also ensured our opening hours / drop off / collection slots also fit around these hours to avoid it being a problem.
Our address is still accessible without passing this camera system.
