Onsite Service (Callout):
No callout fee, £40 for first hour, £30 per hour afterwards.
This service is particularly helpful if you have numerous machines and problems to attend to, we work fast and can attend to numerous issues at once. Please view the onsite IT support service section for more information.
We offer remote support services which can be a great convenience to support your business quickly and effectively for one time problems. We charge £30 per session and there is an option to buy blocks of support in advance. Please view the remote support section for more information.
All services require an appointment is made, we are a mobile business and may be with other clients. We are available between 8am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday, 12pm to 3pm on Saturday.
Drop offs and collections from our address can be catered for outside of these hours for no extra charge.
Should you require our services urgently outside of our normal working hours or where we do not have a regular appointment available, we apply a surcharge of £30 on top of the usual fee(s). We do not guarantee availability at any time.
Collection & Delivery:
We offer a collection and delivery service for any items that require a repair.
There is a £5 surcharge for items collected and delivered within Cardiff.
Drop off to us:
An appointment can be made to drop off and collect from our Fairwater based home office.
This is the most cost effective route of repair.
Outside Cardiff we charge 45p per mile (each way) on top of the usual fixed fee cost for the repair or IT support service.
